Statement: I
strongly believe that the HEALTHIEST people come to therapy because
they DON'T let fear or discomfort stand in their way when it comes
to wanting a better life for themselves. I also strongly believe
that working with the RIGHT therapist is the key to producing the
best therapy results and experience. I help my clients identify and
break through their negative patterns, thoughts, and feelings and
create more meaningful, balanced and joyous lives. In doing so, I
provide a very empathetic, nonjudgmental, interactive, and warm
therapy environment so my clients can feel comfortable and safe.
Having three degrees in psychology, diverse specialties, and more
than seventeen years of experience, I incorporate two methods in
therapy NECESSARY towards resulting in happier, healthier people: 1)
identifying and replacing clients' negative patterns, thoughts, and
feelings with more positive ones, and 2) working through
clients' deeper, "root" issues to produce more lasting
results!
