helping yourself--considering psychotherapy and looking for the
right therapist is hard work. Asking for help requires strength and
commitment to yourself, and I would like to make it easier for you.

offer short term goal oriented, as well as long term, depth
explorative psychotherapy in a safe and collaborative
environment.
I have over twenty years of experience doing individual, couples,
family, and group therapy, and am committed to helping people meet
their challenges and achieve their personal best. I work with a wide
range of issues and have extensive training in the treatment of
depression, anxiety, self-esteem, eating issues and weight
management, as well as a sub specialty in chronic illness/pain and
cross-cultural counseling.
