Personal Statement: 

If you find yourself facing the same problems and struggles repeatedly, or if you feel uncomfortable with yourself, stuck, unhappy or unsatisfied with your life then it maybe time to consider a consultation with a professional. Seeking professional help is not a sign of personal weakness, dependence or cowardice... rather it is an assertion of your maturity, inner strength and independence. Not facing up to personal difficulties or by telling yourself that you can do it by yourself is most often based on fear and self illusion. It is a misconception which only continues the pain.

Psychotherapy is a hopeful step toward having a more satisfying life. It will help you resolve the inner turmoil and confusion which traps us all. It can help you untangle those emotional knots and enable you to move on to more satisfying experiences and life. I maintain a practice in both New York City and Olivebridge New York. Olivebridge is in the Woodstock-Shokan vicinity and near the city of Kingston. My practice encompasses both individual and group psychotherapy as well as psychoanalysis and marriage counseling.
