Personal Statement:  Sometimes we find ourselves suffering from intense anxiety, relational problems, and/or depression. Therapy is an opportunity to resolve these types of problems. Each session with me is a chance to increase your capacity to feel emotions at a higher intensity, so you will eventually feel less overwhelmed. 

I am a psychotherapist with experience relating to mental health, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, grief/loss, and self-sabotaging behaviors. I treat the whole person, taking into account biologic, psychological, family, and environmental factors.

Your time and life is valuable. Therefore, I work in a collaborative relationship with my clients to rapidly reach goals and access the root of the problems. Using a number of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy.

My approach is active, dynamic and focused in the current moment. Through our interaction in the present moment, we get a better understanding of who you are and the engine to your problems. As a result, you can change and learn how to reach your goals.

Services Offered: Adult and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Individual and couples counseling, Therapist Supervision. I blend a  mixture of modalities, including psychodynamic and cognitive, to meet the specific needs of each client.

Please call to discuss our fees. We are providers with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicare. Fees may be reimbursable by other insurance carriers. We will complete forms and documents necessary for you to obtain reimbursements. Our billing statement has all the information required by most insurance carriers.
