Statement: I believe in taking a holistic approach to
counseling. My training and 23 years of clinical experience is
diverse, addressing issues related to relationship problems,
anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, grief and stress. In
addition, I offer two women's groups and a 12 week Anger Management
Program.
I am a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, Licensed
Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Master Addiction Counselor and a Certified EMDR
Therapist. EMDR therapy is one of the most effective treatments for
PTSD and is often used with complicated grief issues.
My practice utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy and I also offer
assertiveness and stress management training.
