My approach is strengths based and eclectic, focused on what might help you meet your particular life challenges. In addition to exploring your thoughts and feelings, I also believe in addressing issues of lifestyle, habits and how to help you fully engage all of the resources available to you.

My philosophy is holistic. I have a strong belief in the connection between and interdependence of the body, mind and spirit. Consequently, I value each of these aspects within you, my client.
