I always spend 10-15 minutes on an initial phone call, so clients can determine if I seem like the right therapist for them and their personal challenge. I treat adults of all ages, as well as children and adolescents in individual, couple or family modalities. My office is a place where everything can be said in a supportive, private and non-judgmental environment. It takes courage to reach out, and I respect that.

My goal is to help you understand where you are now, how you got there, and how you can move forward by making real changes in the way you feel, think, act, and make decisions. I practice short-term, solution focused therapy as well as longer-term, insight oriented methods. Together we can identify your goals and the obstacles blocking your way. Therapy should help you develop new skills and confidence that will stand the test of time.
