Personal Statement:  My work is interactive and compassionate. I offer a safe space in which there is freedom to explore, creating greater awareness, understanding, sense of ease with self and others, and meaning in life. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 13 years of experience, successfully helping folks of all ages with a wide range of issues. In addition, I teach classes in Stress Reduction, and lead groups for Midlife Women. For anyone who wants to give birth to something new in their lives, I also lead a group using "The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity."

In individual and couples work, we can focus on your immediate goals in a brief format. We can also work toward creating a turning point in your life, where deep, long-lasting changes gradually unfold in a therapy of greater duration. Dreams can be an important source of information to our work together.

With the client's active participation, commitment and hard work, I have successfully helped clients gain an increased sense of happiness, well-being, and hope in their lives.
